The very first event of the CodeItSchool project is dedicated to a topic that is absolutely essential for any young person looking to grow both personally and professionally: teamwork, effective communication, and conflict management.
The workshop will be hosted by Tudor-Mihai Tarța, a trainer deeply passionate about youth development and creating immersive, interactive learning experiences. Tudor will guide participants through practical exercises and real-world case studies designed to help them:
